Not hired because you're white?
At my job, the ratio of whites to non-whites (asians mostly) is just about 4 to 1 with almost no white males. I work for a big company base in the USA. It seem if you want a job near them, and you are a white male, you have better be far more skilled than the minority who is applying for the same available job. Reverse discrimination is basically as bad as regular nouns.Answers: Maybe you didn't get hired because you are QUICK TO COMPLAIN. Just a thought.
