Am 21 yr old humble,compassionate,and very moral guy in NY state and really want a living like the assisted living for the aged job in NY or any of its instant States.Can anyone be of help to correlation me up?I really have the talent and skill of assisting the aged contained by the society though i have NO training or own ever been employed within this field.How can i carry one as a male of 21yrs?How can i apply for such a career if i have no olden experience or have no resumes as this emplyees would request for.Answers: within most states medicaid subsidizes training for certified nurses aides in nursing homes. of late start checking around your area and see. across the world they offer training classes regularly and most are free some charge for materials/books and return that within first paycheck. most employers also earnings for the testing for certification(again it is reimbursed by medicaid) so it does not certainly cost the nursing home. they will generally require you to work 60-90 days formerly you take your citations test which contained by most states must be completed within 120 days from the winding up of the class. just phone around nurses aides are in big demand every where on earth. it is a hard demanding mission.

Many New York State assisted living centers will train you after they hire you. I have a friend who is very soon 21, and has ben working near the elderly for an assisted living center for about 3 years immediately.
