Unhappy surrounded by duty?
Unhappy in brief, work many hours, not remunerated overtime, commission lessened and the boss just complains that we aren't proactive adequate. Any one been within a situation like this where on earth they like where on earth they work but can't stand the stress from the management - especially when your the top public sale professional - what did you do?Answers: omg im in exactly impossible to tell apart position as you! my company are a horrible bunch of people. they speak to me close to im something they scraped me off their shoe, they bring in me feel demotivated low and unappreciated. i cant wait to give notice, i pray i find another job surrounded by the next few weeks.

Leave.. but get another undertaking first.. Be Proactive enough to return with yourself a better job! see how the boss feel about proactivity after when his/her best sales professional have left...
There is more to time than being stressed at work.. walk out there and find yourself something unsullied and something more rewarding... you deserve it
My husband was surrounded by a similar situation. He was other stressed, they wouldn't give him a angle and he was one of the top reps within, constantly performaing over the top. So it's best to move on. He did and presently he's less stressed beside a more flexible schedule and the wherewithal to make course more than he ever did there. Being glum can take away years of your natural life and make you appear elder than you really are. It's better to go where on earth at least the stress is at a minimum, and try to find something that you can be zealous about as resourcefully as make well-mannered money. Doing what you love, adds youth to your go!
I hope everything works out for you! Wish you the best!
If you are in sale, unfortunately everywhere you move about you come across the same target orientated atmosphere. The one and only consolation is ,you may be lucky and have a willing boss in stead of an ** hole.

But i know that today, both people within a marriage entail to have a work. I havent had any kids even so, but i am just looking into what career are out there that i could be next to my family and still brand money to help support them. When i hold children i would really love to just stay home near them...does anyone have any suggestions...i am setting up to stress alot about it...Answers: My guidance is to choose a career because you own a passion for it and not only because it is lucrative. And don't have kids right away. Work for a few years to carry established in your profession and to save money. Then clutch time off to aid for your kids when they're young, using your reserves to supplement your husband's income if necessary. Once the kids are within school, next you can consider working again, and it will be easier to get a assignment because you'll have the experience you get before your kids be born.
Good luck!
