Are there any clerical type positions in the health care field that pay good?

Most companies will want people with qualifications and experience.

Gap surrounded by my work. Resume Cover memorandum sustain?
I have completed my master's level in Business from UK and later came to US on dependent visa. For 2 years I could not work as I did not own work authorization in the US. So I own a gap within my resume and no work-experience. How is this going to affect my chances for getting interview call from big companies or small ones. I do mention in my cover communication something like this. ''I hold recently received authorization (EAD) to work contained by the US based on unwavering residence and am actively evaluating such well-rounded opportunities''.Will this help surrounded by clarifying doubts on gaps contained by my resume? Or do you have anything better to suggest.Thanks you impressively much for taking time to read this. I am mainly looking for sale marketing or business development opportunity in the Bay Area.

to be precise not going to change no event how you word it.
you have explained it pretty all right and nothing more is going to tweaking until you interview. the only point to add would be within regards to change in the paddock since you left conservatory. have you stayed current near those changes and technology advancement? if so, some mention of that fact would abet alleviate any concern. good luck, hope it go well for you.
I be in a similar situation. I met next to my state's workforce development officer and he help me revamp my resume. He suggested I use a "combination" resume which concentrated on my education and work strengths.

That should give them a clue as to why you enjoy a gap. If you imagine in your profession it would be beneficial to clarify, afterwards do so. I understand surrounded by sales and marketing it's adjectives about how you word things, so it may backing, but I'm not sure how to phrase it either.
