Does anyone know where and how can I find a non-Dutch speaking job in Holland?

Answers: At some international organisations it's possible. It's possible to find post-doc and Ph D. positons where you do not have to speak Dutch and of course if you're a very good CEO of a big company they also make an exception. Otherwise you'll just have to know Dutch. It's the official language of the country after all.
Sorry, but I think that's impossible.
The Dutch government as well as employers demand
a certain knowledge of the Dutch language,
from junior to senior staff.
Unfortunately I'm afraid that will be very difficult if not impossible. First and foremost because Dutch is required for the majority of jobs... and because the Dutch learn at least three languages in school - so when they need someone who speaks another language they are more likely to hire a Dutch person who speaks Dutch AND another language.

If you progress to a employment interview and they notify you they will call for on monday if they hold a position for you.?

should I call them earlier they call me?

Answers: I regard they are blowing smoke up your butt. It's a nice way of aphorism 'get lost'. But you can ride their butt. Call em. Your unwaged & have nil to loose.
