ok so ... im 17, 18 nxt summer!!I started a new position last week surrounded by a petrol station, i had man workin in another shop previously!! Im a supervisor within this new position, aka i close up the shop, make sure those do their work etc!! I know i am young for the living but my hard work, and confidence cancel that out!!
the only point is, theyre alot of the workers there are like age as me, and asking them to something is like asking a wall to do it!! the place is a state bcos theyre so workshy ...
how can i get my voice hear and try make them overcome my age, ... ?? and take home them do their work??
Answers: Try to motivate them by giving them something to work towards. Maybe whoever gets their nouns cleaned up first gets an extra 15 minute break. Give them specific tasks that they hold to finish before disappearing for the day. If they finish it in the past it's time to go consequently they earn something. If they go above and beyond what is required they should be rewarded. Something as simple as extra lunch or break time or even a remunerated day rotten can be very motivating. If they don't do as told they capture written up and that info goes to your boss to construct a decision if they are team worth keeping. If they are refusing to do any work next you need to speak to your boss around it. Either they need to work for their money or your boss should find employees that will. Your boss should also speak to respectively of them and explain what is expected. If you are in charge your boss wants to make it greatly clear to them that they must follow your instructions.
Your best bet would be to lead by example.
Get involved...while accomplish a task, ask a wadding employee for their assistance. Rotate their shifts so you work near all of them and attain a chance to hold 1 on 1 time with respectively.
Explain some areas you feel restoration is necessary and why. How would this ULTIMATELY benefit them??

Don't use ASAP. While you understand what it vehicle, you can't assume everyone else understands, especially if you are dealing beside people who don't speak English adjectives the time.

I applied 4 a opportunity and in a minute i get a memorandum that says"You hold be programmed for an assessment" Am i hired?
It says "you hold been programmed for an assessment of your qualifications for the position of correction officer" It have me going about 100 miles away, and i entail to get a physical, an bring ALOT of paperwork. At the examination it says i will enjoy written test and a physical trial. Does this mean if i intervene these tests I'm hired?Answers: I bet it finances that you're hired if you pass the test.. I would utter if u pass the assesment after yes u r hired, but generally if u own to travel that far and they are asking u to do a physical and bring in paperwork after yes, u pretty much got the career especially for that type of employment
