Resignation Letter?
I have 2mos thought contract w/ my current employer,or i pay take-home pay in lieu of such sense, if i resigned effective today for 2mos, consequently lets speak after 1month i find new opportunity and i need to work urgently, can i pass resignation message again, then payment the remaining 1mo. because i already give mind 1mo. before already? There is no law the covers the agency resignation letters should be administered.
Unless at hand is a contract between you and the employer, there is no imperative that dictates compensation for remaining terms of a resignation communiqu¨¦. It is a private arrangement between the employee and the employer. If you stop working, you don't receive pay for the remaining term of your employment.
This is especially true within work at will state where in that are no contractual terms to employment.

Hi Ive be stale sick near flu from work for a week near a doctors information,can my boss sack me?

If not, you can be terminated as you are an attendance problem. Good productivity target are good singular when you are at work, when you are not your productivity is zero.
You boss may or may not work near you. However, the thing near exceptions is that if they are allowed people will start asking for them. So subsequent time another worker is out of work because he/she is sick the first thing he/she will say-so to your boss is... "you excused 'X'"
no problem you can show the doctor's prescription and letter stating that you hold been under the weather for last days. you can also request the boss to telephone the doctor for further proof.
