I will be getting my degree surrounded by biology in May.Answers: Start by going to the Career or Placement organization at your college and take supremacy of the resources you are paying for with your tuition. They should own resume writing help, interview skills workshops, and books of sympathetic placements. See what they can do for you now and you will be a step ahead of the competition when you graduate
In codicil to answer #1 You might be able to find an intern position at a situation that could become permanent after graduation
Most colleges own a Career Center that can assist you as well
do some voluntary work that relates to ur point if possible or do another year to become a biology trainer good luck surrounded by wotever u do and well done
Might be made redundant and 23 weeks pregnant - want guidance!?
My boss informed me today that my job might be "deleted". I'm 23 weeks pregnant and really worried almost my maternity allowance and whether I'll gain any.Answers: well hopefully he'll "delete" it past you go on bestow so u can collect unemployment... motherliness leave is usually unpaid unless u hold vacation and sick days to dosh in.
does he know ur pregnant? FMLA provides court things you have to follow. for one, you can depart from for up 120 to 180 days. And, unless he lays u off or fires you he still have to offer you a position when u gain back. And if he lays u past its sell-by date or fires u, u'll get laying-off.
My suggestion is dont agree to quit. Make them force you to leave. Meaning they hold to lay you off or fire you. DO NOT resign. This will exterminate ur chance for severance and other benefits.
Has he told u why the position is being delete? And if so, is he giving you another or laying you past its sell-by date?
do you have a league or anything with ur brief? they would be the ones to ask. or, contact ur local civil rights organization.
