Its true that jobineurope.com are legal organization to recruited and find job at uk.?
Answers: I have just tried to find that site, and it redirected me to another site which I couldn't fully understand since it was all in Italian, but it was clearly either a job board or a site belonging to an employment agency.
So, I don't know if they can find you a job in the UK, but it's clearly an Italian site so why would they? You'd be better off trying international sites like Monster, or UK-based sites like TotalJobs.
But either way, whether it's an agency or a job board, they can't guarantee you a job. In either case they are simply acting on behalf of their clients. An agency can put you forward to the client if they like you, but if the client doesn't like you then there won't be any job forthcoming.
If you are looking for a job in the UK, you definitely need to improve your English.
there are no jobs in the uk

Answers: You are to be commended for your specific goals. Your English appears amazingly strong already in written form, which is a great start. I would manufacture contacts - particularly surrounded by Hong Kong with U.S. firms - because establishing mentors near will help via people understanding both cultures. I am sure you'll own interest from top financial firms and it says abundantly for you that you're beginning your network before starting college. I would recommend also contacting the Human Resources departments of the top financial/brokerage firms for warning to your question. They will delight in hearing from you.
What's the base salary for a recent college grad with a marketing degree in the NYC/metro area?
Answers: It's going to be around $40,000 so not allot especially for the NYC area. It also changes a little based on which area of marketing you go into (marketing communications, marketing research, advertising, etc).
probally take whatever you can get, the job market sucks right now in almost all felids. Most of my friends that just graduated are not able to get anything but a job at starbucks or best buy. Good luck!
