If you quit your job does your employer have to pay you for earned personal holiday pay?
Answers: only accrued vaction time has to be paid, personal and sick are up to the company
Only if your employer has a policy or practice of paying for unused vacation time.
Edit: I was wrong:
Yes Nevada permits "use it or lose it" vacation, and yes all accrued vacation must be paid at time of termination. If an employer discharges an employee, the benefit must be paid immediately. NRS 608.020. If an employee resigns or quits his employment, the benefit must be paid no later than: (1) the day on which he would have regularly been paid the wages or compensation; or (2) seven days after he resigns or quits, whichever is earlier. NRS 608.030.

rejection is part of go
just preserve triyin =]
First, you have to achieve over being afraid and adopt that people WILL reject you from time to time.
Second, after you consent to that sink in and adopt it, you have to draw from a good attitude regardless of what benevolent of person is at the home. When you hold that attitude, people will ensnare on.
Some people are idiots and within is nothing you can do to translation it. So if rejection happens, sometimes it's of late their loss, NOT YOURS.
Stop approaching people altogether and cram to build your business a much smarter way.

It's honestly hard to find job when you're that young. McDonalds will usually hire you, or possibly a food place. If you know anyone in the familial with connections, or little shops within the city around Astor place, those work too. Usually you should wait until you're 16 because those are the job that usually pay really ably, but you'll still need working papers.
