I need a request for a recommandation letter. someone help? i want to write it to. ... mrs. mello. thanks!?
Answers: Ask a previous employer...
I agree with the first responder. Write up a template letter yourself and then ask people to either modify it or simply sign it. Ask a former employer or teacher, a pastor of the church you are associated with, or even a coach. Anyone whom you worked with in the past you can target for a recommendation letter.
PS - You probably shouldn't ask your mom or dad, unless however they have a prestigious position in the community or a large company and they can write an objective letter regarding your competency.
Homecarer firm bullying?
as a trainee senior carer for a firm i work for and as part of vocabulary and conditions is to cover shifts when others not available, and as i am already covering shifts for saturday night as very well as all my other shifts of the week, is it a form of bullying and are they right to do the followingas i own asked for the firm to cover my evening shift to enable me to do the morning shift as all right as my own shift because i have asked this cross-examine they have informed me to turn to the office tomorrow and stand down fron the position of senior carer is this bullying by their demands
Answers: Whoa ... how several hours are you working? In the EU, there is a decree (the EU Working Time Directive) that says that you cannot work more than 48 hours per week. However, it is possible to opt out of this. First of adjectives, check your contract and see if it says something close to "I agree that the EU Working Time Directive does not apply to me" (unfortunately mine does). Or, did you sign a separate document opting out? If you haven't opt out, then you can't work more than 48 hours per week.
I would contact ACAS (G00GLE them to find their number). They are at hand to provide advice beside regard to employment issues, and their proposal is free. I'm not sure that what your employer has done is "bullying" (I find that lots people are too rapid to use that term) but it doesn't sound right any. I also think you could argue that not single is it unreasonable for you to work so many hours, but surely the patients are not unloading an adequate standard of perfectionism if you are that overworked, and this can then become a strength and safety issue.
My past due mother had carers for the ending three years of her life ..All too habitually we had duplicate carer at 7 am 12 am and 8 pm...It is totally ludicrous the amount of hours carers are expected to work..
So my answer is yes you are being discreetly bullied..By not doing the extra shifts your employer have to get someone else to cover which is probably hitting their profit margins...
I would suggest that if you can go and get a shift off you should walk to the citizens advice or situation centre and capture info regarding working hours I am sure at hand is a limit to how much you can plausible be asked to do.
we have freshly finished having carers for my mum after 2 years, some of the girls said they be expected to do more and more hours as they were so short of population and the office administrator be not very niceto them if they refuse. i had an argument next to her as we had to terminate at short notice soon as on fri evening it was fixed mum would go to respite mon morning i gone them a text message but couldnt call upon till monday morning and she went wacky.when our CPN heard that they be outraged as they said it wasnt my fault and lodged an sanctioned complain on my behalf, not that i let her bully me anyway. one girl asked for a few extra hours and they give her 5 am when she had shifts at 8am thru to 8pm . they give them 5 minutes between calls for something that be a half hour meander away then blamed the girls when i ring u p to check if someone was coming that morning as they were behind as often we be let down not a soul turned up and no one informed us. dont hold bullying from them, there are plenty of watchfulness jobs out near and ur worth more. good luck.
