Answers: I wouldn't hire you. Learn your home row and learn to type by NOT looking at the keyboard. If you cant do that I would be surprised if you can type over 20-25 words per minute. Which may effect your potential in a company, specially at an entry level. If you don't have the experience you better be bringing the skills or you wont even be a player in the game we call job hunting.
It will also show your professionalism and proper office behavior. No one wants to see someone poking away at the key board with two fingers. It's not professional and it is very sloppy. It is a must to learn how to type. Look at how much this world is computerized. I'd suggest taking the time to learn the skill or just forget about it and work construction for the rest of your life.
Practice Practice, learn which keys go with what finger. I had forgotten how to type after being out of school so long but I have retaught my self. Find you home row, then memorize what key goes with your pinky finger a,q,z,1 then just keep going down the line till you are to the other pinky finger. The more you type them in order the faster you will get and you will no longer need to look at your keyboard. You can do it !

An employee slips on rime and falls in the parking lot. The member of staff sustains a cut on their hand, bruised their elbow and put money on. The owner acts approaching this employee is over react. Does ask if they are ok and then next proceeds to go out and check the rime to see if it is indeed slippery. How would you react and perceive if this happened to you?Answers: Obviously the owner is worried nearly liability. It's pretty bad that he doesn't first check to get sure that you are ok. I think that relates more to desperate manners or just human being more concerned about himself, which is features of stupid. He's putting himself more at risk by not acting concerned. Maybe he's not rich or he's really cheap?
