Working from home as a typist contained by Canada?
I am looking for typing work I can do at home. I do not mind paying a fee as long as the site is legit. I DO NOT want information entry or ad typing. I want to work for indisputable companies, college/university students, things like that. In Canada please.Answers: If you are an experienced typist - word processor and have just now visited your local city college or university librarian, you can apply as a "certified" graduate typist, earn between $1.50 to $2.00 per page for a master or doctoral thesis. The librarian will provide you near a sample of the typing template (i.e., side-line settings, font selection, page set up, etc.) within order to complete these projects. An average weekend income is roughly speaking $300-$400 for two days work.
Good luck!
I don't know of any legit sites that offer this.
What you can do is flog your skills either contained by your local shopping news tabloid, or by posting fliers or by "cold-calling" these real companies. By "cold-calling" I scrounging just sending your resume or flyer to them or going contained by person. Cold calling scheme that they did not advertise for this service.
devout luck with it.
If you required to do data entry I DO enjoy a legit company that I have be working for for 2 years, but it is in the Niagara Area. I label about $480.00/mo doing information entry at home.
write to me if you are interested.

Where can you get a job if your only 16 and almost 17 next month ? and what if you have never had a job ??
Answers: In most States once you turn 14 . . .
you can work in an:
office,
grocery store,
retail store,
restaurant,
movie theater,
baseball park,
amusement park, or
gasoline service station.
You generally may not work in:
communications or public utilities jobs,
construction or repair jobs,
driving a motor vehicle or helping a driver,
manufacturing and mining occupations,
power-driven machinery or hoisting apparatus other than typical office machines,
processing occupations,
public messenger jobs,
transporting of persons or property,
workrooms where products are manufactured, mined or processed, or
warehousing and storage.
When You Turn 16 . . .
You can work in any job or occupation that has not been declared hazardous by the Secretary of Labor.
Every state has laws regarding employment of minors most are similiar.
Each Company has it's own policies as to age they will hire
As far as your first job:
most employers that hire youth know it is your first job, they expect that. these employers undersatnd that you will need training and will need to learn job skills.
When applying for a job:
dress appropiately
relax
be polite
use good eye contact
speak clearly and ask for an application and for the appropiate time and place to return it.
once you return the application someone may speak to you then or they may call you back for an interview later. so you need to be prepared and able to stay for an interview when you return your completed application.
When Interviewing:
dress appropiately but do not "overdress" for the job you are appling for
arrive 15 minutes early
relax
be friendly, smile
relax
be honest, answers questions honestly not with what you think the interviewer wants to hear. do not use yes or no answers elaborate but try not to ramble.
ask questions about things you do not understand or that need clarification
when the interview is over thank the interviewer and ask what the next steps are; should you call back, will they call you, when should you expect a reply, when will they start hiring etcetra.
the interviewer knows this is new to you, they just want to see what type of person you are. you are not the first person who is looking for their first job and you won't be the last. the interview process is not about how much you know about the business you are applying to, it is about you and how you will fit in as part of their team. just relax, be yourself and you will do fine. be persistent the first place you apply may not hire you just keep going and don't get down. in the next few weeks just about every retailer/food service/ service provider will be hiring in preperation for spring sales increases. if you start applying now by the end of February you will have multiple job offers. good luck.

Cleaning, kitchenwork, packing, running errands, gardening, babysitting, newspaper delivery are some of the jobs available. These jobs will be posted in local newspapers and billboards. Many businesses hesitate to employ minors because of the legal restrictions on working hours and documentation required.
A better option is to work from home on your computer - write articles, sell on eBay, make a website, take surveys. In some cases, you may have to set up an account in your parents or guardians name, and ask them to pay you, after they get the money for your work. Luck is philosophical. Don't concentrate on that. Hard work is the only path to accomplish an obtainable objective.
