Senior project concept!?
ok, so i'm thinking about my senior project(sorry, i know in attendance are a billion of these q's). i'm kinda thinkn' bout starting boxing. maybe body building(i already pull weights a little). possibly planning an elk hunt. maybe post shadow a psychologist(my possibly future career). but i really don't know. could you critique these philosophy or give me better ones?Answers: Senior project thinking!?
Sir, I noticed not a soul dare to answer your question for agitation of being stub as a senior citizen, but I don't mind, so I will venture an answer. Why don't you try some worthwhile projects such as volunteering contained by medical messions and charity works. Just do whatever you can surrounded by a small way to relief fellow men, especially the poor, will no doubt earn you lots and lots of points surrounded by Heaven. Don.t you think so. Just build on something that you're already doing. Like mass lifting. Do more reps of the same counterweight until it doesnt affect you anymore. then increase the solidity by 5 - 10 pounds and do the same entry

Someone contained by work have complained around me.?
they said ive been racist and be bulling this person. ive done no such entry . my line manger told me to subsidise off . and basicually made me out to be a fraudster which im not satisfield with because the creature could say it again and i could be out of a available job i dont no what to do as ive never been within this situation before and desires advice please facilitate meAnswers: I think it's your right to find out specifically who said what roughly speaking you and when. Go to HR and file a formal request to find out the truth. Maybe the other personage was overly sensitive to something you said that have no racist or negative undertone whatsoever. Some people are of late really sensitive.
Ask HR what this means to you and your opportunity. Was a formal complaint filed against you? If so you hold the right to see it and correct any errors or omissions. If you be written up by your line checker then you hold the right to see it and I would request a copy of it as well.
I'd preserve my mouth shut around this person going forward. You don't stipulation the pressure of worrying if you are saying the wrong item or not.
Bring the attention of your Human Resources department. Been here before, done that! Someone didn't similar to me and twisted my words, spread gossip, I be this, I was that! Go to your HR dept asap. They will find out who the culprit is earlier the culprit gets rid of you.
