Desperately contained by obligation of a Job and employment issue?

I'm a 21 year old masculine, I'm pretty big built and have be unemployed for only over a year now. I am claiming JSA and own been applying to tons of job. All the job interviews I own been to enjoy all come rear saying i be unsuccessful which is a huge let down as some of the job i was severely qualified for and really wanted the profession. I feel that employer do not employ me because of the path i look. I am now trying to lose counterbalance. atm i am in lb3500 debt, which isn't as fruitless as others, and am about to lose my Car. so does anyone know bad any jobs that might draw on a big person, doesn't involve solid lifting and that are in the Derbyshire Area?

Answers: Even though it's completely unsanctioned, I think you could be correct surrounded by thinking that you're being discriminated against because of your freight. I know that in former times, I've got job purely based on what I look similar to.

I think that if this is the casing, you should look carefully at what sort of job you're applying to. People are more likely to discriminate surrounded by customer-facing roles such as retail, or really just anything where on earth you're interacting with the public. Therefore you might own better luck applying to call centre, or data entry job, or really any kind of bureau work where you would not contract face-to-face with the public or clients. These may not be the most exciting job, but once you've got something you should find it easier to be capable of move onto something else.

Also make sure that when you're applying to job, you carefully tailor respectively application to the job. I know this clearly isn't your sole problem or you wouldn't be getting interviews contained by the first place, but I just mention it because you say aloud that you're "applying to tons of jobs" and when you do this, just sending out impossible to tell apart application over and over again is an easy trap to fall over into.

When you're rejected from a job, ask for feedback. Even if they've rejected you by notification instead of phone, you can still call them and ask. Be aware that not adjectives employers will be honest - for example, I'm a recruiter and sometimes I reject populace because they're not experienced enough, but I will never voice this because it can be construed as age discrimination, so I simply make up some PC-sounding bullshit. But it's still worth asking because you can consider what they're truism and then determine for yourself if it is a existing reason, and if so consequently you can fix that problem. Obviously, sometimes the answer is going to be that there be others whose experience was more relevant, and this will be true sometimes, but hopefully not adjectives the time.

If I were you, I would also consider doing some voluntary work only to gain some current experience. A year is a long time to be out of work, and it could be that one reason that you're individual rejected is a lack of recent experience.
Speak to the advisors at the commission centre - they might know how to set you up with some training that can assist you get a charge.

See if you can get some debt admin advice from Citizens Advice Bureau.

Sorry - don't know of any job as not in Derbyshire nouns - but thought I'd offer some other suggestions. Good luck.
as long as you dress smartly for an interview it shouldnt formulate any difference. they should be assessing you on whether you are able to do the mission or not.

have you tried phoning these companies pay for after you have be rejected to get some feedback? it will sustain you to improve if you know exactly why they didnt select you.
Your weight does not event. Get a job surrounded by a nursing home or care home. The money is not great, but if you free you should be able to remuneration your debts, and also you will be looking after other people. I do it 65 hours a week. Up and down the UK at hand are places that need inhabitants just resembling you. You can do an NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, which will show you can earn more, and then you can progress on to do an NVQ3, which will mean more money (and more responsibility) ...

What will show on my surroundings check for trial opportunity?

3 weeks ago I interviewed for a job. They call me 2 weeks ago and offered me the position. They stated that they needed to complete a background check past I was "officially" hired. I told them I looked-for the job and they said they’d phone up when the results were surrounded by. My resume listed me have a position at a company for two years (this was for year 2000-2002 ), however, I am a touch concerned because there is not a W2 on dictation. They called my husband (he be listed as my supervisor) because he owns the company. They asked him in the region of my responsibilities, my employment dates, etc. He explained he owned the company & that we be married. I am concerned because I am afraid they are going to be suspicious about this. I did work in attendance while attending school, but since we be married and sharing the income he didn’t actually "pay" me. I merely helped out somewhat. Will this cause them to steal back the contribute b/c there is no text on the background check? I still havent hear back...

Answers: they will see everything on transcript from tickets to felonies and credit long-gone evictions late payments etc they will contact departed employers some times it take a while to get everything together as long as you didnt fib everything is ok id name them and see whats up
I doubt you will get the opportunity.
If your husband is the boss they will infer that you did not have any of the accountablity of a 'real' living.
If you did not put this on the application but just said that your husband be your supervisor, they might (justifiably) feel 'duped' I know I would.
If your husband is going to be a resource, he is going to enjoy to keep his mouth shut something like the two of you being married
if call upon to provide a reference.

seriously, would any current spouse distribute a BAD reference?
