My perfect profession, would consist of going to work at 10am getting off at 11am = 1hour of work. Getting an hour bad for paid lunch, lunch to be between 10 am and 11 am. Are there an underlying reason for companies transferring their employees from one department to another department?Note: If you are going to answer this, be detailed.
Answers: There are two types of transfers :-
1.Transfer from one department to another within the same location
2. Transfer from one branch of company to another within different locations
Mostly, when departments get reorganized, body are transferred from one department to another. Another reason is to utilize the expertise of an hand in another department.
The transfers of second type usually take place when a new branch is open at a different location , where the services of experienced folks are required to org anise and run the show.
Another reason is when the hand himself may request for transfer for personal reason like contact to his family, or to a location where on earth his spouse is working.
But the unwritten and ugly side of verbs is when the management wishes to harass and victimize an member of staff to transfer him to a far sour location !!
Companies transfer individuals because they have need of their talents within one department more than in another. Someone have to make that acumen.
