Troubles at work?
I just started working surrounded by the deli at safeway making sandwiches. I find that this commission requires a lot of multi-tasking and I acquire distracted and often net the same mistakes over again. There's a few different girls training me and they adjectives tell me different things to do and it's enormously confusing and I'm having a firm time remembering everything. It's my fourth shift and the last girl who be training me got foolish and said I should know what I'm doing by now. We have a flexiable work agenda at my job you can work any time from 7am to 7 pm in recent times as long as you get your time within the pay peroid. You can't engender it up as you go along though. You spawn up your schedule but it is set and your boss requests to know what it is. My coworker is supposed to come in at 7am to 3pm. In the finishing few weeks she comes in at 7:45 lately before our boss starts at 8:00. We are income so there is no time clock and our boss think she is there at 7. It drives me nuts that she is getting over. I dream up she will get caught soon by other supervisors though. But what the heck is she thinking. This is not once a week this is everydayAnswers: It is not your affair. It is up to her supervisor to supervise and it is up to her to produce. Stay out of it.
turn her within, and if able get hold of a pic of her coming in and timestamp it on a camera phone. That should be proof plenty for the boss. Good luck Or I just thought if theres secruity cameras they will hold a timestamp on them, see if you can get that proof. JUST a few planning
