Where can I find a fact list of what states protect Smoker's RIghts and which ones dont?
I need to update our Handbook and Store Operations site. We are a non smoking company within California, but we cannot enforce this in adjectives states. Does anyone know of where I may find this info?Answers: In increase to the states which have law regarding smoking, within are city statutes to be considered.
However, I would think that any company can set the contained by store smoking policy for it's own facility. Many companies, hospitals, health clinics, and governmental buildings are posted as smoke free. It is the store's responsibility to provide a satisfactory place for smokers to take a break outside the store, if within is no nonsmoking statute in the city. Otherwise, a moment ago post your store as non-smoking and have your organization enforce the policy. Smokers in this country hold become used to being sent to a virtual leper's colony for smokers to smoke within the past few years.

almost any errand. remember though, you might not get as much money as a 21 or an 18 year frail even if you do the same charge. its a stupid and un fair rule but its lawful. it doesnt apply to ever buisness though, but most shops pay anyone beneath 18 less.
Most employer want experience, although there are some employer who do take on staff beside little or no experience so dont worry :p
