I have be with alike company for 7 years in a smaller community. I be making around 34k was above the average within the community, Well the owners son Ben took over the company on Jan 1st, he has be working there as long as i enjoy. Ben is the biggest prick and this family is worth millions. On Monday Ben pulled me within his office and asked me you know dont you, I replied depends what. He told me OK, i will bequeath you 100k for your resignation. I was resembling OK, he typed out a letter and only just needed for me to sign. He then go to the bank a wired 100k contained by the bank and we go on our way, he also told me to not to discuss this near anyone it will get me and you contained by big trouble. I havent told my wife yet... All i know i will be fine for a rather a while only bill i own is house payment of 800dollars, plus my wife works full time near insurance. Question in the region of reference?
I'm 18 years old & currently contained by last year of dignified school.I am interested surrounded by a job at an electronics store in the neighbourhood (Best Buy), who are currently hiring.
So anyway, I need some assistance with my reference.
My only other long-gone job be at a fast-food store, where I worked 3 years (15-18). I figure my boss and/or manager would be great as a reference, since I departed on a good transcribe, and I was a fitting worker throughout my time.
Also on the list could possibly be a mentor or two from my high conservatory, where I expect nought but good things said roughly me.
Lastly, I actually own two friends (more acquaintances from 2-3 years ago from school) who currently work at Best Buy. Should I include their names somewhere on the citation sheet as well?
Of course I'm going to check up next to them first to make sure everything's okay.
Also, when stating reference, which details should I provide, aside from name, phone number, and my relationship beside the person stated.. Is address a requirement? etc?

Answers: Most relations provide name, address and phone number for reference as well as how you know the entity. Who you use is somewhat dependent on the job. (Some job are more impressed by some references after others.) In general, you would want to present a work reference, for convinced, someone whom you have worked for surrounded by the past. Some culture do only this as they see it as the one and only references that population value. I would disagree. In your crust, I would do a work reference (your mature boss), and your two friends. Keep in mind that the race hiring you will equate your work habits to your friends, correct or not, so build sure they are solid guys (or girls).
Absolutely include the workers already at Best Buy. Employers like to bring referrals from current force.
Name, number, relationship is all explicitly needed. Be sure to give everyone a head up that they may get a hail as from BB.
