If you are getting nowhere with this party and she is not your supervisor, you need to involve your supervisor immediately. Obviously you have tried dealing next to her on your own and it has have no effect.
It is wise to hold documentation of any verbal harm including dates and times, name of any co-workers who witnessed the events if they are willing to speak up nearly it, etc. If you don't get any resolution from your leader, then you involve to take it to the HR department, later the ministry of labour if you are ready to go that far. It depends on your emotional state and the degree of harm you suffered and what you are willing to put up beside.
