I am going to send a resume to an NGO that have a job channel I am interested in. I would approaching to know how they differ from traditional ones and suggestions for putting it together. What format should I use?, etc.Thanks.

For a job, man up and do nippy food or mow lawns. It builds character and motivates you because when you capture older you'll know you never ever wanna do that grunt stuff again !
DO NOT DO FAST FOOD! it will ruin you. acquire a job at a place that you can stand to work at. I work at a hardware store (im 16) and i love it. merely find a place that you kinda semi enjoy and apply (make sure they dont enjoy an age limit)
