Should I adopt this employment extend?

I am currently 28 years old and hold had 2 sale positions since graduating college. I work for a impressively large chemical company and own made a good entitle for myself - I make clothed money for my area. However, the bonus and raise are subpar for what I have done. On the other foot, I have great freedom and am really comfortable. One of my customers has offered me a position near a 25% pay lift up and a 20k bonus. The position gives me more responsibility as a Project Manager but lacks upward mobility. The company is stable beside $10mil + in sale. However, it is a mom and pop sized company. I am concerned about disappearing a global company for a remarkably small company. However, the new title/responsibilities/money would be nice. Is it worth it and do you construe this will increase my marketability in the adjectives?


Answers: If you have kids to lift up stay with the intercontinental company. I assure you, small companies offer so much benefits and salary but still ends up losers oftentimes. Been there beforehand. I ended up waiting for the ax to cut my leader off while the mom and pop company is human being sold.
If you are up to the challenge of a foreign obligation and responsibility consequently take the risk.
It depends.
You can choose the small company if you prefer to work for a familial business, where you aren't a short time ago a number and the position looks good on a resume.

As for staying put, you own your safety zone.
But if you be that happy why are you still looking?
How long do you intend to stay contained by the company.
Which one meets what you really want contained by life.
That / This is a intensely personal choice. If you have a domestic I would definately consider the flexibility you have as a definate benefit. As your relations gets elder, their activities will put a moment ago as much of a demand on your time as your profession.
Learning the hard agency, money doesn't necessarily lead to brightness when time with your family circle is sacrificed. Sometimes a more forgiving work is better than one with the dolalr signs.

you are young, appropriate the offer of a smaller comapny beside a focus of learning the overall operation. a small company allows you to have more responsibilities and allows you to swot more and be more responsible, providing key regulation and decision making skills.

once you enjoy acquired critical skills, you can return to the MNCs and be a fulll coordinator.

A small company can offer different sets of skills, though it might not contribute a good income plan or a good nest egg for your retirement. so 5 years down the road, give somebody a lift a look at moving back to a bigger company. I am sure you can transition backbone.

When a system is changed, procedures automatically coppers !!
I think this creature means, how do you put through (and what type of) change to procedures in work as an admin/clerical worker? E.g. policies, rules standards. Do clerical/admin workers review them and adapt them?
