I have a feeling really guilty?

me and my friend got a profession together at a shop, and well we despised it everyone there treated us close to children ( we are only 17 ) merely because we are the youngest there they muse we are dumb! so we get stuck near all the dirty job e.g pretty much running around after everyone.. . so we decided that we didnt want to work at hand anymore we got your noice prepared and we be going to hand it surrounded by at the end of the sunshine, but then within the day the head made me look like an idiot contained by front of a costumer and started blaming me for not doing things correctly and i just told her i be doing things the way the family in the shop have taught me, but she wouldnt enjoy it, so me and my friend just walk out on your break, we got a phone call upon two days later from the negotiator, telling us she be really worried about us thinking something have happened to us and presently i feel really guilty in the order of walking out no matter how horrible she be i wish i could turn final time! was we right or wrong?

Answers: Your director made the mistake of treating others how he/she wants to be treated. You shouldn't consistency guilty. My opinion --- if someone is disrespectful they really have given up deserving respect from anyone they hold belittled. I do not care who it is, if someone is not charitable, is belittling, embarrassing, ridiculing ... they do not deserve respect simply because they are the "boss" or the "administration".

You be absolutely right to saunter away. There are other places with job and managers who would most of course be professional and kind.

I'm glad you stood up for yourself, by walking out, you kept your self respect, and to be precise more important within the long run. When your manager call, I do not even know if she was truly sincere surrounded by her concerns. To belittle an employee and next express concern afterward, it just doesn't appear to be a trait that would work together. It was probably manipulative, knowing you enjoy caring and features side.

So, write this off as a lesson studious. You have your self respect. Your bureaucrat doesn't deserve to have any of your heartiness or time invested in passion guilty about departure. Go out, market yourself, and I can assure you in attendance are better things out there. Better shops, control, and I absolutely presume you were right to stand your ground here, and I am glad that you did not confront or pursue this surrounded by a manner that would organize to an argument.

So no more guilt. You have self respect, time to hold your commander up high and move forward. Good luck!!
