Struggling to cope near work, offered no backing or support, forced to resign?
I have be struggling to cope with the pressure & demands from work very soon for quite some time and I tried to explain how i be feeling to my boss simply to find that i was offered no support or abet, i have be with this company for almost 2 years. My doctor have signed me off from work beside stress. I have no income and barred to ssp. Has anyone got any direction?Answers: can you transfer to a different branch of the company, or a different site or town? maybe another franchise of this company would offer more sympathetic employer. almost 2 years really isn't that long, especially since the first 90 days is a trail period, you may want to basically look for a better less stressfull commission. honestly it is your health we are discussion about. you don't owe these those you life. seize a job contained by a field be you actually wallow in going to work. perhaps re nurture if needed. after all what are you waiting for? this basically might be the oppertunity you've needed to land that spotless job. I hold heard tons people articulate if it wasn't for leaveing or my old situation I would not have found this more profitable work. this could be your blessing in disguise. its possible!!
Whilst you are sour, look for another job.
No opening is worth ruining your life for. Use the time stale wisely to assess your situation and work out what it is within life, that you really want to do.
In short - Get another position. You can claim sickness benefit by the way. Check it out on the Gov website for benefits. I am sure you can G00GLE that.
Why are you unable to SSP. I thought all employer have to hand over this. Contact your local DSS as I am sure you can claim it direct from them and ask their advice, failing this make a contribution Citizens Advice a ring. You must be entitled to claim something I'd also take the opportunity to look for another chore whilst you're offf work, no job is worth ruining your vigour for.

How big is your company, do you have a human resources department or access to professional health?!
IF after you enjoy tried and asked for help and you still dont draw from it just hand down. You cant stay will one company with no change and continue as you are.
You resigned so that be a big mistake,especially when dealing with benefits. You should still sign on as seeking work as soon as you can and when you fill within the form indicate that you were forced to resign due to the attitudes of your superiors. This would later come under the heading of CONSTRUCTIVE dismissal. That way that they made you position impossible to do your work properly thus forcing you to resign. Also indicate the stress factor as confirmed by your doctor. Best of luck.

Answers: I'm not an expert on the subject, but I went to conservatory with a kid who is presently doing this. I think he said he have a Masters in Computer Science and I deem some kinda minor in electrical engineering. What I would do is contact a couple of companies that do this work or that you want to work for. Ask them what requirements they look for, and if the do internships. Hope this help
