Studying HR personnel issues?

Generally, you study towards CIPD certifications as you are already working - it's not necessary to do this contained by advance. But, if you really want to achieve into HR and you're not getting anywhere fast, sometimes it can relieve to start studying on your own.
Other than that it really depends on what level you're at. There are plenty of degree majoring in HR and related field. If you don't want to get a point, you will need to start as an HR Administrator and work your channel up, and to do this you will need excellent admin skills - so a accounting course may help - as in that is a lot of competition for entry-level job.

I have worked for a company for 10 month. Can they lay me off and give me nothing because they are quiet?
Answers: The answer is no, to some extent. Depending on the probation period of that company (Most companies are 90-180 days) you cannot be terminated with out good cause. These provisions fall under the Model Employment Termination Act. Since I do not know specifics of your situation (e.g. contracts of employment, or the state you reside in) I cannot give you a more specific answer. Some states have extra laws protecting employees and you may be entitled to severance pay if you have been laid off, forced to quit, or terminated. Federal law requires that employers give 60 days notice for mass layoffs if they have 100 or more employees (the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act). If they have less than 100 employees, or if it is not a mass layoff, then they do not have to give you any notice (unless your state has its own law that covers this or you are covered by a union contract). I once got laid off with 60 minutes advance warning.

A company can lay employees off if business necessitates it. (If there is not enough work to be done, business is slow.) They do not have to give employees notice of this unless they fall under a law called the WARN act and they are decreasing the work force by 30% (have to employe so many people to fall under this law). There is no law in the U.S. that employers have to give you something because you are being laid off.

I'm currently only 14 years of age, i'm hugely good at math's (attend a univercity for brilliant and talented) and am really into ICT, attempting to excel in currently by study about computer hardware, net designing and programming in my own time.Is they any occupation advice anyone can impart me? What job's i could one day hope for? Or I don`t know an easy position i could do to start off, Please provide ideas :)
Answers: 14, you're young-looking, and ambitious. that's good. Just save exposing yourself to all kind of learning environments, math, science, economics, english, stay within the GATE program and do well. The more you revise the more you get to choose what you do, and the easier it adjectives becomes. You've get plenty of time to figure out what to specialize within. Specializing early is singular limiting yourself.
It appears that you have the math side down...which will with the sole purpose serve you very economically in the adjectives and there are any number of professional endeavors that you may pursue near that ability.
If I be you I would expand my options by paying some serious attention to your communication and writing skills. While a individual is certainly measured by how okay they perform a constant job the potential to communicate clearly and effectively is what will open the employment doors for you.
