Where do you run , what do you do to avoid a leader out to assasinate your trade ?
I am learning that preserverance, leniency do not always help out. At least contained by my case. I run away from my previous manager's prejudice, and misjudgment, by quiting a opening I like. I thought that would be the wrap up of it.Since then, I hold multiple interviews with multiple companies but did not take any offer. It took me a year to find out, my previous controller, from where I run from to recover my career is the source of unenthusiastic info about me. At lowest in one verifiable overnight case, a job submit was taken away from my foot because of the a negative info he provided to the new-hiring bureaucrat.
This happend at least 4 weeks ago, I be mad and disheartening for few days then give up. I tried to look forward, but the issue keeps bugging me it may begin again and do not know what I would or should do about it.
How do you treat/act/re-act to such individuals who hang on to enjoying your torment even after you run away from them ?
Is not this a crime ?
Any advice ?
