When is the best time for follow up for this interview?

I did an interview last tuesday and the entity who was surrounded by charge told me that they are doing interview until the end of this week. I sent him a follow up notification. Is it better to call them tomorrow (thursday) and check? or is it better to send for them on friday since I sent them a thank you letter? if I name them tomorrow, will they think I am not forgiving? what do you think? or do you infer they should of made decision who to hire by thursday so that I should check on them?


Answers: It would enjoy been better if you have asked them at the end of interview as to when you could expect a reply from them.
Now that you own sent them a letter and the interviews are continuing up to week closing, you can call them after 10 days.

How to Get Promoted Every Year In Your Organization?

What is the key nouns one should work hard and Improve?
My communication skill(writting skill is not good) is bland and Lack of confidence., how to encounter them.


Answers: Every year is too much of a goal for the long residence. If you are entry level and do ably, a few promotions in as oodles years is a reasonable dream. However, once you get into anything mid stratum or above, shoot for every 2 - 5 years. A good guideline a boss of mine give me years ago was that it take at least a year to swot up the job (again, assuming this is not entry level), a year to gain into a flow, and then you want a year or so of solid performing prior to making a move.

Now, what is the one thing you can do? Wow, fitting question.

My suggestion is to develop of sense of when to work and when to lay low. When to speak up and when to shut up. It is a balancing feat. If you don't take conduct or express ideas or provide direction, you will only just blend into the woodwork. If you are always acting and other tossing in your philosophy and always pushing you may be see as disruptive or a busy-body or a self-serving/self-promoting jerk.

Also, realize why you have a situation. What is the objective, the mission? What are the requirements that enjoy to be met? Who is your customer (in many cases, someone internal to the company you work for. Could be the character next to you or a customer on the other side of the planet)?

So, stumble upon the requirements and focus on the objective. And the aspiration is not your promotion. It is the purpose of your role as it pertains to the overall objective of the institute.

My answer, albeit unscientific, is based on a 19-year professional job including time in operation and production management, IT, information management, and life-safety protection.

Also, most companies have writing courses or ESL (English as second language) courses so cart advantage of that. Also, most own tuition reimbursement for college courses so that is another alternative for developing writen communication skills (take a writing course). One more thing: read. Reading is a apt way to swot up how to write!
