Why do morons achieve the apposite job?!?
i am educated an d concrete working and cant find a job that will reward over 12000 a year. wtf? my last brief i was a gopher unsophisticatedly. and i would get soooo barmy. i was makin immensely lil and having to sit by and view as my bosses , who made a lot, would sit on their a* and put adjectives the work on me. i mean these population only have high institution diplomas and really were not smart. *asked me how to spell freezer, they thought it be frezzer* i guess i want to know whyyyy!? why do the dumber people pounding out the smarter people for job? and im not an a* or anything the people i work near always similar to me. i guess im just tired of not finding anything that pays what i have need of and really deserve. i would think someone beside a bachelors degree should be capable of find something that pays more than 7/hr. ugh.Answers: it always seem that way.the hardest working culture get rewarded the least. I know empire with masters degree who cant find jobs that settle more than 30,000, some of them cant even find jobs.
I guess you will own to find something you like and slowly work your path up the chain.

How many job have you applied for surrounded by the last month? Have you be tailoring your resume to each errand opening and applying for job you're qualified for? What have you be doing to make yourself a more attractive candidate-- any volunteer work, for example? Have you be going directly to websites for the places you want to work and/or contacting them directly to inquire about opening instead of relying on sites like monster.com?
You should also work on rising your attitude and making sure you are not coming off as a surly party or someone who thinks they are better than others. (For example, have trouble with spelling does not engender someone stupid.)
Sure, your bosses might not have have college degrees, but they probably put within the time to work their way up to a arranger position, it didn't happen overnight. (And if this is a retail setting you are referring to, they may not want someone next to a degree surrounded by a higher position-- they may be assuming you'll walk out as soon as you find something else anyway, so they may not want to invest as much time and money for training.)
Work on your resume skills (and I don't mean this contained by a snide way, but base on your typing here, please make sure to enjoy someone you trust proofread it for you-- you want your best foot forward). Work on your experience, practice interview skills and practice answers to the question of how your skills hold prepared you for the job you want.
And be of a mind to take something smaller quantity than ideal to attain your foot in the door somewhere. Keep at it, it will compensate off eventually.
