I've got an interview at 4pm. Is it You, what should I do?
Answers: Yes its me...i will be asking you to join me on the casting couch..if you do not then i wont even consider you for the position.
:)
Show up 10-15 minutes early, Dress NICELY (even if its for a crappy job) and if you have copies of your resume bring a couple with you in a plain folder. Also, bring a pen and paper so you can take notes during the interview and have a couple of questions prepared that you've written. (an interviewer hates when they ask if you have any questions after they just questioned you for 20 minutes and you say.uh, no)

Direct Energy Customer Service/ sale interview question?
Just wondering what type of questions to expect within the interview for that job? It speak sales /customer service agent who will be registering residential customers for direct drive.please help.appreciationAnswers: It sounds like you may not be adjectives that familiar next to Direct Energy. My experience I know that when they advertise for CSRs to register residential customers it money you will be going door to door trying to convince people to sign up near Direct Energy contracts. It is not easy work by any funds because most homeowners will just vote they're happy near the service they already have. Most individuals aren't interested in signing up for those 5 year contracts they push.
In your "training" you may cram some techniques that may not sit all right with you. While their approach have definitely gotten better lots people still remember the problems they have with Direct Energy reps. You may want to do a bit more research on this job since you go buy a current suit for it.
As for the interview itself - I wouldn't sweat over it - the turn over in staff is slightly heavy. I don't deduce you're going to get anything except standard questions in relation to your experience.
Again I urge you to spend some time doing some research on this company before making any hasty decision.
But Good Luck on your Interview.
