Answers: Do a Powerpoint Presentation:

1st slide - Title slide something like, "Superb Customer Service

2nd Slide - Why customer service is momentous?

List five reasons contained by bullet form below this title

3rd slide - Phone Techniques - What You SHOULD Do
List the good technique in bullets - explain them out loud at the meeting

4th slide - Phone Techniques - What you SHOULDN'T Do

List the doomed to failure techniques contained by bullets - explain these verbally at the scheduled time

Conclusion slide (or just, "The End")
once you seize started, it will probably hit you as far as which direction to go surrounded by.

Start with the Do and Don't list that your boss gave you

Just start putting the info within there and when you are done, format it later and re-arrange the pages final.

also, if you have statistics use charts, the optical goes over all right in presentations. better than have all workbook.

good luck
Ok, so no PowerPoint presentation is needed afterwards. Get a flip chart and write some stuff on there.

Involve your group ~ ask them what is prominent in Customer Service - next chart them and then offer your presentation (along with handouts) of the stuff your boss considered necessary you to present. Good to hand out the stuff right after you hold them chart "what they think is noteworthy about Customer Service".

Maybe you can do it kinda approaching Features-Benefits-Goals (like 3 separate flip chart pages) and write stuff on each one. Feature=what to do, Benefit=why we should do that, Goal=to retain customers and aid them solve their problems.

Pretty hard to report to you what to do when we don't know what your Boss has given you to present (material wise). Don't construct it more than 15-20 mintues total.

Radiation Therapy or Nuclear Medicine Technology?

Radiation Therapy or Nuclear Medicine Technology which program is better and why.

Which has better growth. Also should I get hold of a associate degree or bachelor.

Answers: According to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, the outlook for radiation treatment is a bit better, and they make a short time more money. They degree doesn't concern so much as long as the school is qualified.

Radiation Therapy: http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos299.htm
Nuclear Medicine: http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos104.htm
In my opinion, radiation psychoanalysis would be the better choice. Nuclear Medicine is a very diminish field and the position outlook is fairly dismal contained by most areas...Nuc Med does have a bit of competition next to CT and MR, as they are utilized more often than Nuc...beside Rad Therapy, you don't have another modality contained by competition with yours...I a short time ago graduated near a degree contained by Nuc Med this past August here within SE Wisconsin. I am still looking for a job as in that are 100 or more people looking for alike job I am...on the other hand the schools here hold on to pumping out the students. Only a few positions open up twelve-monthly here and I do not have an chance to move at this point, it is very disappointing and I have a feeling that I have thin a very roomy sum of money on a degree I cannot draw from a job next to! As far as a Bach or Assoc, in Nucs it really doesn't issue as far as the payscale goes as they return with paid in the region of the same..but when looking for a commission, they will look at the bachelors degree previously the associates. Nuc is a fairly complex paddock which in my judgment the bach will be more beneficial as far as education.. and by 2012 (or around that time) it will just be a bachelors degree program, within will no longer be associates degrees contained by Nuc's. Although, the people that do aquire an associates beforehand that time will be grandfathered in..Good luck!
