My profession did this to me. can they really do this? what do u feel?
ok. i am a full time student but i work part time within a bakery. 4 weeks ago they told me b/c business was slowing that hours be being cut. this didn't suprise me. but i be suprised that i had NO hours. when i asked they said i would be past its sell-by date for two weeks after which they would call me to make clear to me my schedule after that. its be 4 weeks and no call. oh, and the best bit is i still have not be paid for the finishing week i did work. i never did anything wrong. they always said i be a good worker. and even if i wasn't shouldn't they basically fire me. i donno what to do. i need a living. i think this is wrong.Answers: They do hold the right to lay you off, however they do own to pay you for any work that you own done.
They can lay you off near out any notice (at lowest in florida) but they do owe you your paycheck. Call and inquire just about your last week's reimburse.
Interview??
if an employer calls u adage he/she will call u fund for interview..but never does... do you call them? or a short time ago wait?a food place by the means of access.
Answers: If you want the job,be a move about getter and call or jump to the establishment and introduce yourself personally,and remind them you are the best soul for the job!
