Answers: I think that they respect me, but the pay is crap!! As for appreciation...well, I don't feel it all the time, but I guess they do.
Yes my boss respects me. You know why? Because I demand respect. Boss or not I don't let anyone in the office intimidate me and I let them know that too.
Pay is not too good but hey at least I gotta job.

Olive Garden Interview when to call upon rear legs?
I went into apply at a proximate Olive Garden. This was on Friday. The host give my application to the manager and I have a little immediate "interview" then. The examiner said theres 3 interviews, and that he will forward my application to the 2nd manager who would consequently call me to set up a 2nd interview.It is very soon Monday, and I still have not hear back from them. Should I appointment them and check on my application? or should I wait a bit longer? I did grasp some weird number I did not certificate call my cell phone close to 3 hours after I went contained by on Friday (i missed the call), I called wager on about 1.5 hours after whoever call me but it went to some voicemail.
Answers: I'd bid after a week so as not to appear too desperate and also to give them time to do their entry as well.
I intuitively would call vertebrae by the end of the 1st week but do not verbs if they have not call back all the same, It has singular been 1 weekend and they be probably realllllly busy i mean it is Olive Garden, so i would simply give it a few more days and afterwards call backbone but dont sound desperate when you call upon back.
