There is a typo on a resume that I submitted to employer. How should I correct it?
I said that my undergraduate GPA was a 3.257, but it be actually a 3.527. This could product a difference for my potential employers.Note: I am around to graduate from law arts school, so this is not the only GPA on my resume, but it does issue.
How should I ask to have it corrected?
Answers: Contact the HR dept of the companies you sent the resume to and ask them how to proceed. Transposing the numbers close to that is an effortless mistake. Most will probably remember you made an effort to correct an honest mistake.
What should I focal within?
I like both Marketing and Public Relations and I am wondering which would be a better choice or own more job opportunity?Answers: I actually majored surrounded by Marketing but I have done internships within Public Relations. My suggestion would be to try some internships in both areas and if you can't want (like myself) there are plenty of agencies/companies that specialize surrounded by both.
Good luck!
