This company apparently provides employment but requests for a $3800 'refundable' deposit which will be returned on reporting to the office.All your comments will be appreciated!
Answers: Beware of any company resembling Accurum that claim they can provide jobs and visas for money. Do a G00GLE look into for "accurum technologies scam" and you'll find comments from various people who never get their fees refunded and no service. As far as I know they are a ripoff charging huge fees for services you can only as well execute yourself.
They are also posting quite profusely here on runeye.com, and seem to close to pretending to be their own customers, read here:

Answers: tell him or her all of your skills that qualify you for the job, tell them you will be a great asset, and that you are a devoted employee.
say "because it would be a great experiance and i am a responsible, dependable worker."

Depends where u want to work.
Say something about the atmosphere of the work place. For example- friendly.
But also say that you are eager to learn and want to gain experience in working and are commited to the company.
Just something along those lines.

When an employer asks this he is giving you the opportunity to show what you have to offer.
He is asking you what is in it for me and my company to hire you. Show him how they will benefit from you working there.
You need to know what you offer in terms of skills, experience, educational background, etc. and how this will benefit the employer.
What do you bring to the table that is uniquely beneficial.
If you can not analyze the benefits (to the employer) of hiring you then there is no reason to hire you. The fact you need or want a job does not help them.
This is where you tell them about your research on the company - anyone who really wants a job will research the company or business they are applying for the job with - eg if you are applying for a job with a law firm you would try to find out about their client base - who their demographic is - use your answer in yours - eg Being a law firm who generally works for those going through divorce (or even criminal law) I believe I would bring a caring a compassionate attitude to your business because of my experience with this particular demographic and then go on to explain your strengths and show proof of this using examples of your previous experiences - show them proof by using your references or referees so they can check on what you have told them - show them that you have researched the business and know what the job entales and who their clients would be.
Also show tell them you are a team player who has a high job ethic - they want to know you will turn up on time - do any necessary overtime and they would even like to know that you will own up to any mistakes and make steps to rectify any problems and give examples as to how you have done this in the past
