Can i have better jobs through out my career by my knowledgeand me belief?




Answers: To be successful in any thing you have to have a bit of knowledge but the most important thing is to have belief in what you do.
If you have belief in what you do then you will have enthusiasm, enthusiasm will result in you taking action, which will produce results, which will increase your belief, it is a never ending circle.
The only problem is most people don't truly belief in what they do.

I am thinking of switching job. It is a similar pasture but a tentative employer. How much leave is proper?

I am considering switching jobs. I own been within my field for 15 years. What is considered appropriate when negotiate vacation days, personal and sick time? Thanks.


Answers: Four week at the most.
usually two weeks to start. Most companies do not negotiate on this because it is written contained by a policy.

Verbal annoyance from a co-worker, physically demanding mission, should I save working here?

I know its hard to find and hold on to a good opportunity these days. I've be a carrier deliver mail for a couple of months. Recently I be harassed by a co-worker, which is the worse ever. I've never be this humiliated especially in front of the others. My boss desires me to reconsider staying because of how much the company have invested in me. Part of me say I should but I do not like the working condition and the persecution I'm getting. Although I've tried I don't think I'll be as productive as the other carrier.


Answers: I wouldn't stay. I would look for work other places until I had a up to date job available later leave.. unless as you would expect you like the post your in and want to stay, but you would enjoy to go more or less getting the harassment stopped. If you can acquire it stopped and like the employment stay, if not look for other work is what I suggest.
If you possess adjectives abilities to come to blows with your co-worker within terms of physically, mentally, inside and outside of your working premises, after fight for it.

Or else, if you can have power over to pull on for some more time next to a hope that this problem will get solved, consequently also you may continue.

Instead of any of the above, this have become your mental torture and you are not able to suffer any more, discuss the problem with your co-workers and near your boss and decide your adjectives.

If they are symphethetic and helpless in this casing, you may request them to get a mission elsewhere for you.
tell the co-worker to F-off and jump a few rounds on the heavy pack to relieve stress. Can mgmt do anything about the persecution - seems similar to if you complain and they don't do anything, you could sue them
