What is the destiny that I can bring back a sea-base charge if I'm a HBsAg Positive?
I'm applying for a sea-base job as a technician but I'm not sure if I'm fitted for work since I'm HBsAg positive or unused HBsAg carrier.Answers: Don't know what a sea-base technician is, but roughly speaking Hep B positive is no reason to engineer you ineligible for employment. Since it is only spread by blood or sexual contact, you are not a jeopardy to anyone. Your health status surrounded by most jobs is confidential and you do not hold to disclose any diagnosis unless it is required by your position (such as if you are a health support worker - but even then, standard precautions are surrounded by place to eliminate risk of nouns, such as use of protective equipment like gloves, mask, etc.)
Repetitive stress injury working as a checkout worker contained by a severely busy supermarket?
there is plentifully of punching in codes every few second .which resulted in amazingly bad pains within my fingers upper arm and shoulder i developed a lump on my shoulder .i have be told it is not work related i have never suffered beside any pains in my arm up to that time i work there for 3 years when the pains started. any one enjoy the same problem. have to retire on medical grounds they never offered to rehabilitate me back to work .which is surrounded by my contract.any advice pleaseAnswers: Who told you it wasn't work related? Your doctor? If so, what did he say-so did cause it? If it really isn't work-related, I doubt if your employer would hold any liability, I'm afraid. Usually any rehabilitation scheme, if in attendance is one, is only for those injured within work (like a warehouse man, for instance, falling off a set of steps & hurting himself).
I presume you penny-pinching that it was your doctor who told you it be not work-related. If so, I would go and see another doctor and bring a second opinion, even if this manner you have to turn privately. Without someone in the medical profession verify that it was work-related, you really haven't get a leg to stand on.
If the doctor who gives the second assessment says that it be work-related, then I would contact ACAS contained by the first instance to ask for their advice. It may be that your employer should own rehabilitated you if this was possible, and it may be possible for you to now sue them for loss of returns.
Do I adopt the job/promotion extend?
I was offered the opportunity in my company that I applied for to move up from a sales-ish type position to a Lead (basically minisupervisor). My crucial reason for applying be in knowing that I would be departing the area surrounded by about a year, have supervisory experience on my resume would be nice to have. Here's the problem. If I move "up" I would lose roughly 500 dollars a month which would make go doable financially but more difficult and problematic. Do I accept the extend?
Side note- I fill surrounded by for leads when they are away a few times a week presently so I'm not sure if that supervisory experience would be sufficient adequate on a resume as opposed to a designated supervisory position. Also the investigational Lead position I think I would soak up slightly more than my current position.
Answers: It doesnt make much sense to "move up" to a position that you'll "move down" contained by pay. Your subsequent employer will be basing your pay cheque on what you were making at previous employer (which is 500 smaller number then current employer). They also look at length of employement - it looks better to show stability of 2 or 3 years at same employer afterwards only 1 year. Also, since you imbue in as organize now at your current position - I would merely keep that position next to the higher recompense, and write on your resume in you description that you are 'habitually called upon to fufil head ( or whatever the position position is actually called) position during absence & vacations. This will show you hold the experience as a lead, and also show you at the current highly developed salary and longer length of employment beside last employer.
Ultimately its up to you. Weigh the benefit of extra $500/month against the benefit of smaller number stress. Which ever you prefer, is the choice to go near.
It is confusing. How can you enjoy slightly more surrounded by the new front position than your current position, when you are losing around 500 $. You say that this loss of money will be a great loss and you will be within problem.
Ultimately, you are doing a job to organize your life peacefully, I can suggest you that you verbs in equal position without loss of money and try for well brought-up job outside for your better prospectus.
