i'm a student in cardiff and hold asked about 20 pubs/clubs but not a soul is hiring! when do you think is the best time?Answers: It depends on the location. The easier places are not so busy restarunts (Not Fridays or Cheescake Factory or places similar to that) If you are in an nouns like the sand that attract people during the summer, after the best time would be winter when seasonal bartenders leave to progress home. Another good time is when school start. Usually places loose bartenders b/c they are going to school.
Just beforehand it's about to receive busy and when there is smaller amount competition for the job. So best times are August up to that time your fellow students restart for the next year and December absconding up to xmas and new year.
Rather than asking the pub/club owners, ask the staff if anyone is thinking of departure or changing. Then you can be first contained by the queue.

I am 36 year old Male and I shed couple of tears at opening. I do not know why I got so heartfelt. I am very embarassed very soon.I have be in this career only for just about one year. I have be doing a good duty and got few accolade for doing a good situation. One of the Managers (who is infamous for his temperament) and one of his team member tried to gang up on me to get their road around. I got adjectives upset and shed tears.
As you can certainly see, I am embarassed. I will never tolerate it happen again. How would you progress back to work and not permit that incident bother you too much? (I know one person saw me shed tears and I know this sympathetic of info would spread like extreme fire).
Answers: well you shouldnt put up near that in the first place. Its unprofessional and if they feat unprofessional i think its compulsory to stand up for your self. You cant get fired for speaking how you have a feeling. Im not saying curse the guy out, freshly out smart him. Dudes at a disadvantage he gets poorly tempered soon. Best thing to do subsequent time he gets cracked , just be soothing and give smart poised answers. it always pisses dem sour more when they see your not mad or upset. But they cant do anything else to you so freshly out smart them man. I mean i loathe that. i wouldnt worry roughly it, the way department gossip works is that in the future they may be talking going on for one thing, but by the subsequent thats all forgotten nearly as theyvre moved onto the next "scandal"
