Is it the law to have two consecutive days off per week?

Answers: No, Some business require their employees to work four, ten hour days, and give them three days off. Some places require that you work at least one day of the weekend, and at least four other days during the week. A person might work Saturday, be off on Sunday, work Monday, Tuesday, be off on Wednesday, and work again on Friday.

Some jobs require that you work six days per week, and many people work seven days a week for months on end if they are working on a difficult and important project.

A lot of scheduling of employees is dependent upon the business needs of the company. Before taking any job, you should inquire as to the exact work schedule which your particular position will require.
i don't think so

'
Nope.
Labor laws do vary by state regarding how many consecutive hours can be worked and consecutive days but I don't think any state mandates consecutive days off.

I worked in California for many years and they seem to trend toward the most employee friendly labor codes. Even they didn't mandate that.
Absolutely not. I know of no state that mandates such a thing.
It is the case that certain high-stress occupations like Fireman and Air traffic controllers/pilots must have have so many HOURS off in row after having worked a certain number of hours.
