I started my job 3 months ago. During my review, I be told I was slow by my direct supervisor and be offered no positive feedback. I asked for suggestions to impove and she gave me none. Interestingly, she said she have trouble giving bad word and said she made sure there be money for me in the budget for a rasie. We enjoy a new executive director starting and our competition may be starting a branch department in our city.Answers: Are you beaming? Need motivation at work!?
I'm really starting to lag bringing up the rear at work. I find the work unchallenging, uninteresting, and I'm not erudition or growing anymore. It may well be time to check out of, but that will come with time. I find myself playing around on the internet (which is monitored so I call for to stop it), chit chatting, anything to avoid doing work. What I should be doing is honing my skills and learning adjectives I can so that I can find a new opportunity, but I'm unmotivated. Any suggestions??Answers: You've answered your own question. Yeah, perchance its time for a change. I am not sure what you do at work, or what your title is but it seem like you are no longer interested. The positive side of this story is that you at lowest admit to the dearth of interest you currently have at work. So, you are taking the first steps shifting that.
Maybe you should try looking into what's out there. Go to the opening boards and see what you might be interested in doing subsequent. Sometimes when it's time for a change, you a short time ago need to be paid the decision. Your finding should be based on what's better for you, and what's the best article for your future.

Ok heres the scoop. Im 15. I really want to amount out what i want to be. I am planning on going to a university in florida. and i want to commence researching and taking classes in giant school to relieve me begin my craft. I have a enumerate of things i dont want to be but cant seem to find anything i do want to be.Ok so i DONT want to be anything to do next to science or history im bad at both. so rule those out. Im polite in writing and love art. but am not an artist. I resembling fashion and stuff. Im of late not really super creative and suck at drawing. I like to write but i dont want to be an author. I really have need of help. I love anyone creative and am fasinated by art and creativity i just dont ponder i have much of my own. I am ok at math it could comfort me but im not strong in it. I really involve help. Im a planner but procrastinate. I requirement to figure this out so im not stressed in the order of it. Anyone care to sustain? please.
