I'm 21 and for the past two years i've be trying to find a job. I've applied at no smaller amount than ten different jobs and adjectives have turned me down. I live contained by Fairfield California and I have friends younger than me who hold found jobs near even less experience than me. Is it possible these places could be discriminating against me because of freight, appearance, or ethnic background. I've also tried the so-called Work Investment Board (WIB) and they turned me down for no adjectives reason. Any facilitate would be good. I couldn't find a job that pays over min wage which is 6.15 where on earth I live. So I am going back to college and will have my scope in two more years. Are you looking for a spefic job or lately any job. If you are going for different job all the time it may be come across yoy are a moment ago desperate for anything. In interviews, it's obvious to me when someone comes into my company a moment ago looking for any job - or if they if truth be told are geered up the the job I'm exposure within my company.
Are you fully researching the companies you are applying to? try speaking near the staff of that company to get a touch for the job and the environment.
It's unofficial for companies to discriminate against you based on age, ethnic framework etc, and we cann;ot answer if they may have done so - solitary they can tell you why thei hired someone else.

not sure how many of them are involved but possibly you can bring in some home made cup cake, gather them for coffee and own a nice talk something like it, just confront them next to how you see it is going on and let them know what you imagine and that you are open for discussion, don't progress over their head right away, that will with the sole purpose make it worse create they will find out you did that.
