How do I find a ably paying assignment that I will savour when I own tremendously little experience?
I've sent out tons of applications/resumes but hardly any christen backs. I imagine it's because employers don't want to dispense me a chance due to little experience. I spent the end four years in work (production factory). So I have no sale or customer service qualifications. So any I work fast food or contained by another factory, I guess. I'm really smart and hard working. It a short time ago doesn't look like it on my applications. Any thinking?Answers: think give or take a few what type of work and company you want to work at. if you are still in one and the same business you could apply for internal positions in other areas of interest. referral from friends or relatives can be helpful. check out your resume as all right, does it highlight your schooling and experiences you have built up. even within a factory you are building up skills and traits that can easily translate to greater paying work. god luck!
If i would become a youth probation officer...?
I was conversation to one of my friends the other day and i told him i needed tostudy to become a PO & all he could articulate was i be going to be killed. That anxious me. So i'm wondering if i did become one would there be a randomness of someone killing me?Answers: That be a very morbid answer.
The corral of Probation and Parole is a much needed profession of qualified people. There is a enormously large prison population across the country where on earth a large number will curl up back into society underneath community supervision, which is known as probation or parole.
PO's are needed contained by state and federal departments of probation and parole. In this field a college nurture is needed, and once you are hired you go through training that will prepare you to feel ex-offenders. The training will help you contained by protecting yourself and your co-workers if an incident should occur.
Don't tolerate your friend discourage you. Do some research on the field, and the training that it take in working within the field.
There are profusely of people within different areas of law enforcement, and if they thought they would be kill by being contained by the field, I don't cogitate they would ever take the work.
Just like a carpenter cannot do a chore without a saw, sledge hammer, and nails, neither can a PO do the work without the required training, equipment, and education.

Background:Husband & I have lived apart formerly while in grad arts school
Both in same profession.
Moved from a multi million personality city to small town (3k) 6 mos ago for husbands job.
Got great work, 4 hrs away by car.
We've talk I am taking the job presently so that later we hopeful will not enjoy to be apart.
Anyway my question is this: why are we getting such criticism from society who are in the Boomer Generation and younger? But those elder, like my grandmothers' "greatest generation" estimate its wonderful I've found a job I am exciting roughly.
I guess i don't know if its small town mentality or not (alhtough I doubt it cause i enjoy friends my own age questioning my choice). Those who know us the best, no business the age, are excited and supportive. So if its not small town mentality, is it just the tradition that we are breaking that bothers citizens? I am 99.9% sure I am doing the right thing, Should I verbs, am I missing something?
Answers: I think it depends on your age, what you plan for a inherited, trust, etc. Only you know yourself and your husband. To heck with everyone else!
