I am in like peas in a pod boat as you. I have be a stay at home mother for almost 12 years. I worked fast food and light of day cares during and after illustrious school for a few years. Then, I get married and started a family right away. Now, I enjoy realized that I will acquire no where contained by life next to what I have. So, I contracted to further my education and finally catch my associates degree (I hold been out of conservatory for 20 years, blah)
Anyway, I have already started looking for job in the nouns I live in. The job are scarce and do not pay in good health at all, but I do believe that we will be capable of get our dream position. God knows we deserve it after mortal stay at home mother's for so long. You will get your reliable job after graduate!!

How much do surg tech's make starting out? How much do they make later on?
Answers: That would really depend on where you live. I know someone that did that and she said starting out it was between $8-$10 per hour. She worked as a surg tech for about a year and went back to school to get her Nursing degree. She said it wasn't worth it and anyone thinking about should find something else because she made more as a waitress than a surg tech.
The last job I had as a surgical tech. I was making 18.00 an hr. I went back to school to get my RN,,,,,didn't really start much higher than I was making as a tech. I was and still am certified. The hospital I worked also paid you for different levels. I was at level 3 the highest you could go.
