ok heres the deal this topical circuit city is opening and i be like one of the first to resembling do an application and i told like 2 of my friends and adjectives of us have get 2nd interviews but they got hired on here 2nd interview and i didnt and im like really upset something like that because i didnt see anything i did wrong the only entity i thought i could have done be when i had to reschedule my 1st interview and when they call me for a second 1 it took almost a day for me to respond because they call my freakin housephone and i didnt know that they had call me and i may have be kind of wierd surrounded by the interview but i dont really think i be at all i thought they like me...and im like crushed that i didnt procure hired but im stilll not sure that i didnt because dude said he wud call relatives monday or tuesday to give them the final answer although he really hired most ethnic group on the 2nd interview.but wud it be a bad belief for me to call them support and like ask why they didnt hire me only to like ask and for me to know what i have need of to work on? i mean whats the worst that could transpire? its not like im trying to supplicate for them to hire me i just want to know if its my eccentricity cause of me not approaching responding to the call soon satisfactory or maybe because i be wierd in the interview plz assistance me..Answers: I wouldn't ask "why you didnt hire me?" it sounds too desperate. You can ask them for qualitative feedback about the interview process. Ask them what you lack in language of skills and how you can improve yourself to form you an ideal contender. This way your kinda asking them indirectly why they didnt hire you short sounding too desperate.
It is very unlikely that they will quality sympathetic because you called pay for. I wouldn't hire a person because 'I feel sorry for them'.its because they match the skill requirement that I am looking for.
