so i merely want to know is it a bad time to step in at close to 4:30 on a Saturday, if the store is closing at 5?
Answers: No. I feel that if you are going to briefly ask, any time is ok.
You can't expect a full out answer and explanation right consequently and there. That may create them antsy.
You can at least find a " we're still deciding," or " sorry, it's be filled already," or even worst defence the manager may not be at hand and they may know absolutely nought at all. That's roughly the worst that they will say.
Just stop surrounded by and casually read aloud "I was curious because you hadn't hear back from them, and looked-for to stop and check to see if its in the process" or something close to that.
You can make data that if they'd rather you come fund another time cause its close to closing, or they may bequeath you a name, number and a well-mannered time to call for them.

No not really, but then again usually when culture go looking for job they go hasty in the morning.. That process the manger or whom ever will know that you can work any hours that is available.. But some empire are night owls... and individual want to work in the evenings or at night..

However it is much harder to reject when someone is in front of you intuitively than on the phone so I would make some discreet enquiries see when the interviewer is surrounded by the store and go within and ask to see her. Try a reasonably sluggish time not at lunch late contained by the day or hasty in the morning folks have other priorities at those times.

Real work at home jobs?Are here any work at home jobs that are not scam? I am not looking to make a million dollars a month. Iam looking for a legalized, real profession that I can do from home, or something like mystery shopping. Does anyone enjoy any experience with any of these. I work odd hours and can not find a second mission that will work around my schedule

Anyone ever have a competency base interview?
I am going for a RBS call center interview soon and it is competency base (competency meaning to show your strengths and dispense examples/stories of when, how and what happened) I'm just wondering if anyone have had experience contained by this type of interview and can give me some tips on what to expect etc?Answers: Yes, I've have that type of interview. It helps to know before-hand that it's coming. Best track to prepare is to go over former job, hobbies, clubs, and the like. Try to remember any times you have difficult assignments, difficult co-workers to deal beside, difficult bosses, impossible goals. What they're looking for is how someone handle different situations.
What they'll ask is things like "can you relate us about a time when you have conflicting priorities and what did you do about them" - my answer be "I made a list of adjectives tasks I had be assigned and met with my boss to be in motion over them and put them in an pleasing order". Or how about this - "what nearly some time when you didn't get along beside your boss / co-worker and how did you handle it". In a bid center, it will be something like "what be the most difficult irate customer you've had to treaty with, and how did you bar it" and like that.
