Can my employer do this?
Today, my employer's corporate office call and was unfolding me things that I couldn't do...they watch us over the cameras contained by the shop and then telephone and manage us. First, this doesn't come across legal to me. Second, they presently tell me that I "can't" cross my arms when I'm packed up (waiting for a client). Can an employer really tell you that you can't stand a absolute way? This seem very wrong to me and I lately wanted to know if anyone know if this is allowed, specifically someone with scholarship of the law...Answers: Is your give somebody the third degree can they watch you? Or can they mandate your behavior while on the clock?

When you purloin a job you agree to do what your boss tell you to do, within the ruling. Telling employees that they involve to be aware of their body language would be very well within the tenet.

Most states require that notice are posted that video monitoring is in use. Employers can monitor the workforce actions as long as they are surrounded by public areas. Restrooms and changing rooms are prohibited.
As far as crossing your arms. There is zilch illegal next to doing that and there is nil illegal for the employer to ask you not to. It give the impression that you are bored and closed to communications next to customers.

No, it's more expensive and more schooling to become a medical assistant. Medical assistants typically work in physician's office, nurse assistants (CNA's) typicall work in skilled nursing services and do home health strictness.
