I am working as a salesman which I love and have a strong feeling on, and am now doing a Degree within Marketing Management.My main concern is that i don't want to fritter away time but going for courses which are on line beside what i am doing and want to be.

But contained by your instance since your in university why not try to do all three. I be full time student with one full time nite available job and a part time on the weekends. Your natural life will suck with no free time but it may abet you get more financially stable.

I studied computer science at university and worked for a while within IT consultancy and artificial intelligence research. Although those jobs can be extremely profitable, I realised that I didn't want to spend the rest of my life making a profit for some huge organisation, whilst spending my working natural life sitting opposite a tool. So I got out of the industry.
Now I'm a charity supervisor by profession (though I haven't worked for a little while within order to recuperate from illness, and presently I'm having a babe which has really thrown a stopgap spanner in the works!). I could earn closely more if I chose private management.but I love going to bed respectively night knowing I've done something worthwhile, and knowing I'm self true to myself. Yes, I'm more broke...sometimes a lot more broke!...but I collectively really enjoy my work, and that's priceless.
It sounds from your put somebody through the mill like you capture a huge amount of satisfaction next to your creative photography work - I know the feeling as I'm an avid photographer myself! Yes, you might be paid more money in another area, but would you really get that same light of satisfaction? Would the extra things you could buy for yourself replace the creative outlet and freedom you experience surrounded by your current job? Life is FAR too short to spend your working duration doing something you hate. :-)

Should i do civil engineering or building engineering to be a developer ?

Do you mean a General Contractor? if so I'd look into the requirements for getting a G.C. license. You don't want an engineering degree but it would be a huge asset. I've also never hear of a building engineer. Civil engineering covers of late about everything for home construction...from the underground plumbing and foundation to the roof trusses. A lot of GCs are simply blue-collar hot heads and don't know their azz from a hole within the ground so if you had an engineering scope and pursued your GC license you'd be way ahead of 99% of them.
