Dear adults: adjectives work suggestion?
i've been debating majors for a longgg time immediately and i'm just not sure what to put together my focus. i like art, and i've received awards, but i'm not sure if i really enjoy the skill to make that a career- thinking advertising/commerical art etc. i'm virtuous at, and very interested contained by, foreign languages- i take french and spanish, and i would close to to learn italian and I don`t know russian. i'm seriously considering joining the peace corps, but so indecisive about what i'll do next to my life afterwards.. any advice/suggestions for college majors, career, etc. thanks within advance.Answers: Have you thought of a standard liberal arts degree beside a minor in one of the aforementioned field? What about Art History.curator of a museum or an art gallery? Also what in the order of a dbl major? That's what I did
Is it better to work draw plus commission or only straight net.?
I currently work straight salary but am thinking of shifting companies. The company I am thinking of changing to is draw plus commission. I can't integer out which would benefit me more.Answers: Usually commission position allow you to earn more, but before you clear the leap there are several things to consider until that time jumping from a gross to commission structure.
Is the draw you will receive recoupable? In other words is the draw charged against future commissions if you do not earn adequate to meet the draw? If the employer will charge you for months when your sale did not meet your draw you could find your self stuck at the draw amount even on months when you exceeded your draw.
Do you believe that your expertise and abilities can transport past the draw amount every month? If you are not sure you should stay on remuneration.
Also have you asked how long the draw will be surrounded by place? Many companies only allow draws for a short length if the sales being is not making enough sale to meet or exceed their draw.
It depends how ambitious you are. If you are getting
commission, you are going to want to be a motivated
salesperson. Pretty simple, I believe.
You have to ask yourself how well brought-up a salesperson are you?
If you are great then commission can really compensate off, but if you are not consequently it could be awful!
Look at your sales for the ending 2 years and identify trends in your industry so that you can prepare for down times and up times within your sales, and see what you would hold made in commissions.there's your answer!
No notion; I am commission only, they do enjoy hourly if your sales are low but it is minimum barely above minimum wage. You other make more next to commission, though esp in sale so bear that contained by mind.
Medical Career?
What medical Career is good if you with the sole purpose want to go for 1-4 yrs and why give attention to its great and how is the job bazaar is doing for those fieldAnswers: Medical Assistant is a suitable one. Also LPNs, RNs, Laboratory Techs, Medical Office Admin, Dental Hygiene, Surgical Tech., EMT etc.. Check and see what training is in your nouns.
I went to conservatory for less than a year and am presently a medical assistant. It was a $5 an hour bump up from my previous job and I hold evenings and weekends off. Lots of room for growth. Since MA's are salaried less than nurses but do alot of alike things, they are in elevated demand.
