i quit my last brief before christmas, it be awful and i hated it, my agent from that position called a few days ago and asked if i needed to go pay for there s they haven't replaced me and I said "no way"
should i hold
1 just laugh out loud and long,
2 said yes but it'll cost double or
3 create a suggestion for me,
I wish i know i was going to be asked and have a prepared speach, but it's too late, but i'm smug near the result all indistinguishable, just decision i could have made a better witty remark

Answers: Why walk out a job that you similar to, and pays well, for a brief you didn't like, even if it rewarded more? Especially when you left it even near the good wage? So it's not a matter of whether you should seriously consider it. You already own, and decided not to consider it.

As for a dutiful, or satisfying spontaneous effect, please keep this little tidbit contained by mind. The Best Revenge Is Living Well. I had one company in fact fire me, and they tried to screw me every way to Sunday within doing so. Six months later, I have a great job that compensated 30% more, with LOTS more benefits, and a great work environment. So when I have a chance, I dropped within on the people who fired me at the outdated company and thanked them for doing it. I told them that I'd never own had the opportunity for a better craft if they hadn't chosen to act similar to such àssholes. Not in THOSE words, logically, but they understood the intent. (If not, after they weren't worth bothering with, to instigate with.) A year next, the company went out of business and they be ALL out of work, while my career be hitting the stratosphere.

Seriously, don't waste your time on failure. They get what's coming to them over the long run. And they'll never deduce why, no matter how you try to describe them.

Update: Yep, the guy above me really summed it up. I work to support my lifestyle, not let some company mark out who I should be.
You should have said hmm tolerate me think...
all right.
Issue 1: the pay is crap
Issue 2: the thought of the place make me feel sick
Issue 3: blah blah blah
verbs for half an hour...
Issue 492: as a company, you treat culture badly
Issue 493: Thanks for the compliment, I am glad you want me pay for, Im glad that you NEED me. but quite frankly, for adjectives the reasons above, I hold to say NO WAY! Have a nice daytime!

Click, brrrrr.
Once you leave for what ever use you should never go rear legs.

Respect your self first and rememeber a Job is only a channel to an end, if you don't savour work life sucks
agencies reckon they can put you were they want you to work, agency row bosses have a fruitless habit of pretending they're stupid. "hiya sam, are you available for work at the minute? simply the thing is the place you be at want you back again" this is 10 minutes after you a moment ago told them, "tell them wankers i dont want to to work at hand again" the foreman and the chargehand at the site i was at both needed my number i told them "deal next to my boss at the agency your not getting nothing from me" they required my direct number, so they could phone me when they needed a hand. dont ever rob crap from a placement boss, let your smudge boss deal beside it.

Does anybody work at or know about Sams club? I am wondering how much they pay maintenance workers?

Answers: pay will be based on a number of factors
mostly location and demand for employees
my sons girlfriend works for Sam's and started at $9.00 hr just as a stocker and minimum wage here is $5.85 hr. do you mean maintenance as in janitorial or HVAC/refrigeration/electrical as there is a big difference.

I be with prejudice flagged "ineligible for rehire" which kept me from getting a great unusual position. What presently?

If a job flags you as "ineligible for re-hire" even though you be one of the best workers and put in your 2 weeks when you quit, what should you vote to a new potential employer that's probably going to call upon them for a reference (this faddy job be the only one I have that's in like industry as the new job).

Like should I uphold myself ahead of time in the interview or what?

And also isn't it not permitted for a company to rant on and on about why they would not re-hire you to a investigational potential employer? (All false information from a bitter jack**)

i'm just for a while pissed because this one great company was adjectives ready to hire me and I really looked-for the job but when they call one of my former employers, be told all kind of negative things just about me (ALL untrue) and I ended up not getting the commission.

Answers: the former employer can give any ACCURATE and DOCUMENTED INFORMATION from your hand file. here is no law against giving the information. stating you are "ineligible for rehire" is not something that can be stated within error(either your eligible or your not).

IF they give out vague or un-documented or false information in many(not all) states you own legal recourse. it is more expensive to hope legal counsel afterwards it is worth as many of the states own limits on penalty and proving their intent is extremely difficult to do but in some states the department of labor will manipulate the complaint for you. if you have proof they give an inaccurate citation for you, confront the management just about it and ask that they correct their error and see that it does not happen again or you will enjoy to seek other remedies. you also entail to speak with the prospective employer and find out what you can from them, your mention may not have have anything to do with their hiring declaration.

EDIT:
here is an example of a law concerning refrences this is as Cowboy noted from Colorado and as you read could be exceedingly hard to prove but it can be done:

"Colorado ruling states that any employer who
provides information about a current or former
employee’s assignment history or job show to a
prospective employer of the current or former
employee is immune from civil liability and is
not liable surrounded by civil damages for the disclosure or
any consequences of the disclosure.

This immunity shall not apply individual when:
1. The information disclosed by the current or
former employer was false AND
2. The employer providing the information
know or reasonably should own known that
the information is false."
yea, im pretty sure to be exact SO illegal.

stir after the jack a*.

I would check the box that says "may we contact this employer?" and say aloud no. Explain at interview what happened.
Here contained by Colorado, if what you are saying is true, you can sue the former emplyee for adjectives of your lost wages. Which can include the monies you would have earn until retirement. It sounds like alot but colorado is tough on it's employer. Your first course of action is to notify your Department of Wage and Labor, usually after that they will do adjectives the work for you. As an employer in Colorado at hand is a very constricted line on what can be said.

Your state will enjoy a web site that will answer any sound out you have, but merely you can do the resaearch.

Hope this helps.
"Ineligible for Rehire" is interesting and I be a victim of same but it does not "down play" my positive outlook to verbs to be the best at what I do. I was surrounded by the mortgage business during its "glory" days, years 2000 to 2005, at which time it "died" and I left the business, extremely successful at this by the passageway. Before, I was employed for 15 years selling bank, payroll, accounting systems and equipment and left, to pursue mortgage profession, this industry "top" producer with adjectives companies combined I competed. Before this career I be a Naval Flight Officer and retired as a reservist, Commander, USNR.

Now to the "Ineligible for Rehire". As you can see I am not an ordinary hand, but successful, dedicated, comprehend management, etc. I fixed to apply where I shopped closely weekly, Home Depot, Alpharetta, GA. I was hired, worked within "Tool Rental" and really enjoyed my afternoon at work. I volunteered to assist elsewhere and was utilized when I could and would volunteer to "open" contained by the morning, stay at night behind schedule, stay if someone had to exit early, and the dedication go on. The store manager, Rob, would engender it a norm to come by to say hello to me and when he have his "boy" guess where he head, to me. About my 3rd month there Rob be promoted as a District Mgr. to Alabama and the interim managers be John and "Skip". "Skip" is where my difficulties started when Rob go to Alabama. "Skip's" goal, to be checker of this store and anyone showing a higher good opinion for the success of Home Depot, that be me, was not going to stand within "Skip's" way.

I seldom complained but when I did this did not sit okay with "Skip" because he have the right people surrounded by this store supporting him to be next checker and I was told this after I be released by a friend that is still employed at same. My complaints I feel were totally wrong: Employees at the store could not purchase items while on the clock. When really exceptional deal were on the floor "Skip" and abundantly of other employess would "hide" these deals until they be "off the clock" next purchased with an secondary employee discount, not tolerant to Home Depot nor consumers. My "Tool rental" area be located at one end of the store and outside be the smoking area. One slow hours of darkness I was alone contained by "Tool Rental", walked outside, and two of the college student workforce were "smoking" a "joint". I informed "Skip", saw him speaking to one of the childlike men, the young man passed to "Skip" what appeared to be a cigarette, I know, I know, and I never hear Home Depot's policy/courtesy of feedback from "Skip".

Now the "kicker". My immediate supervisor be a gentleman name "Tom". I really liked this man and well brought-up manager. "Tom", adjectives 4 months I worked at Home Depot, wore a "sling" due to pulled muscles supposedly encountered while on the position at Home Depot. This put him on limited duty, could not assist surrounded by much that he could have be utilized on busy days, collecting some sort of "Worker's Comp" from Home Depot, basically, after I saw his work "ethics", he be "lazy', just sagging to collect a check and I guess claim something for an injury. THIS MAN WAS NO MORE INJURED THAN I. At least a dozen times he removed the arm he supposedly could just about move to lift hefty equipment and when he took from "sling", especially in front of government, the "anguish", pain, etc. on his facade, THIS WAS BULL! but one of "Skip's" supporters.

My first review I walked within and candidly remarked, "I am all set to make a huge reorganization because I love Home Depot" and I meant it. "Skip" ,commissioner, looked at "Tom", supervisor, and said are you sure you want to do this. To my "shock" these idiots were releasing me.

I AM AGAIN SUCCESSFUL IN REAL ESTATE and "Skip" or any other store supervisor at Home Depot will never make the annual income I hold made in previous and current successes I hold been associated.
