I have a contract next to my company who paid for my CDL licence theory test. If i leave previously my year is up on this contract (because they laid me off ) is the contract still valid and do i hold to pay within full before i will legally? or can i spawn partial payments after finding another job?Answers: Usually if you are out of a job due to lack of work the payback stops until you are call back to work.
Without reading your actual contract it is unyielding to say.
Take your contract to an attorney and see what they voice.
The terms should be spelled out within the contract itself; have you read it over?

I am in pre-pharmacy right presently, but I really really suck at taking test so my gpa isnt going up... within fact it go down just something like every semester. Sad but true.
