When can i start applying for a duty?
i live in colorado.i know to start working i enjoy to be 16, i will be turning 16 like surrounded by 18 days. so when can i start applying?

Start looking immediately, don't worry the money, trust me, you have to harmonize school, and a work and having fun.
Start small, resembling a mall or retail, they are usually flexiable, see if their is an nouns that you think would be fun place to work.
Best proposal is to ask you parents, (NOT A PARENT), but my friend did this, I thought its great advice, offer your parents your pay check, own them put it away, (You get some money from it respectively week), my friend got a current car from her first chore at graduation.

Being 16 and still in university. You main option are retail or hospitality. Seeing as in America hospitality relies on tips, I'd be looking for retail.
Butchers, bakers, quickly food joints, grocery stores, etc..
Have you ever HATED your post but have a GREAT boss?
I don't know what to do. I really dont like my brief. It's very repetitive and It's not provoking at all. I consistency as though I can do better and my salary is kinda low compared to what I believe im worth...about 20% lower than what I believe I could make.The solitary thing holding me support is my boss is great. He never gives me a strong time, gives me tons of respect/praise, and let me go home impulsive when theres not much work. He really treats me as an equal.
I'm kinda torn. Has anybody been contained by this situation? If so, what did you do?
Answers: I have really been surrounded by that situation. The real put somebody through the mill is will your "great" boss be able to tutor you enough something like your business that the low salary will pay packet for itself in study opportunity? If the only sense your boss is great is because they tell you you're a star and consent to you hit the parking lot at noon, they aren't a great boss. A great boss is a great mentor, who will develop your intrinsic talent and inculcate you to be superior in your given profession.
A good place to start is by sharing next to your boss that you don't feel challenge. If your boss is great, and you are doing a good livelihood, your boss will give you more responsibility. And next to that responsibility, you can, and should, ask for more money. Just make sure you can claim your request.
I have be in a Sorta Similar Position. My Whole Family Worked Diffrent Jobs for this Same Woman So I of Course Knew her Really Well. I terminated up being her Live-In Nanny for Her 5 year Old Son Every Summer next once he got Older I started working at her Company she Owned. And of Course She be Great Towards me and I Loved Everything Ecept for my Position.
What I did was I go and found a Job that I know would Intrest me Out Side of that Buisness and Made sure that I would Qualify. Then What I did was I approahed my Boss and I Told Her that I didn't Feel Challenged Enough within My Currecnt Position and I wanted to Make a Little More an Hour. Well it turned out that My Boss Had Another Position and it be Perfect. It Challenged Me and I made what I thought I was Worth so I too the profession.
Just Remember though that if you Decide to Go to another Job they More then Likely Won't Be So Great. Thats Very Rare to Find a Boss to be exact Great Like That So before you Quit your Job trademark sure you Can Handle Not Having Such a Nice Boss. I Know form Experience of going form a Great Boss to going to a Really Strict Boss and Its not an Easy Transition. Just Keep that in Mind that you Probably won't own a Boss Nearly As Nice at your New Job b/c that is Very Rare...

What's the difference between shift work and part of the pack time?
?Answers: Shift work is working a particular shift. For instance my building have three shifts. A day shift from 6 to 2;30 and a second shift from 2:30 to 11 and one from 11 PM to 6:30 PM
Part time is for folks who work less than 8 hours per time or less than 40 hours per week and they usually do not achieve benefits
Part-time refers to the number of hours you work, normally something in good health under 40 hours.
Shift work refers to what hours of the year you work, as in first shift is usually morning shift, or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Second is something like 4 to midnight, and third shift is 11 or 12 to 7 a.m.

Shift work is repeatedly working nights. The roster can be broken into 3 shifts. Eg. 4am-12pm 12pm-8pm 8pm-4am or approx. Shift work can aim you work a variety of shifts, or that you will work one set shift string.
Part-time means you own gaurantee number of hours. Your more likely to work 5 days a week 5 hours a sunshine, then 8 hour shifts.
I suggest you pick proletarian. Perhaps you can do 4-8 mon-fri and 10-2 on the weekends or whatever suits your timetable.
Shift work most credible wont co-inside with your schooling.
